Depending on your needs, you have the possibility to add to your form such field types:
1. Text field
Text field is field where text are inputted in free form. Field type is used if in cases if in field is neccessary to input word or phrase.
2. Paragraph
The same as text field, paragraph is a field where text are inputted in free form. Paragraph is used in cases when is neccessary to input longer text.
3. Multiple choice
Multiple choice is used when only one of provided answers can be chose.
4. Checkboxes
Checkboxes is used when one or several answers can be chose.
5. Drop-down menu
Drop down menu also is used when only one answer can be chose. Compared to multiple choice, drop-down menu field doesn't take so much space and only one of the defined answers can be seen at first.
6. Star rating
This field can be used in every situation when is neccessery to rate something. For example - when neccessary to rank things like movies or restaurants.
7. New section
Creating complex forms often it is neccessary to separate fields, field groups one form other. In such case is used “new section” field.
It is also possible to choose one of fields that are already customized for certain purpose. These are: date; number; homepage; e-mail address.
