In order to change the name of the field, add new answer, input instruction for users or set that field is mandatory, press on “Field” button on the right side of the page.
If you want that form can't be submitted if specific field hasn't been fulfilled, tick the checkbox by the text “mandatory”
If you want to make specific field invisible for the users but available for you for the remarks, tick the checkbox “invisible”.
